PLAYLIST: Guided Meditations to EASE Stress, Discomfort and PAIN  
These gentle meditations RELAX your Body and CALM your Mind - restoring healthy nervous system function to assist Mind-Body Healing.

Listening to a Self HEALING Track can help ease 
a. Pain or other Discomfort arising from Physical Illness and injury 
b. Emotional Pain or Distress - from anxiety, panic, depression, grief, loss, trauma, broken heart, frustration .. times when you feel "overwhelm" or despair.
SIMPLY LISTEN: 
Decide to set a side time each day "just for you" - to simply let go and relax ..
as you put aside daily worries and concerns to feel free and relax deeply.
Focus on the background soothing music and follow Jason's gentle guided visualizations -knowing you are safe and nothing is expected of you.
Accept "it is OK" to let go tension and feel your muscles naturally relax .. and to feel soothing sensations of ease and peace, as your mind CALMS its own "mental chatter" and quietens any unwelcome body sensations.
Know that just as your mind influences your body, so your body also influences your mind. 
Emotional pain can trigger physical symptoms - such as panic attack, tension headache.
Similarly, physical illness and pain can lead to emotional distress eg. anxiety, confusion, stress, depression and frustration.  
When physical pain is unrelenting, chronic pain and/or nerve pain can set in.

Maximise BENEFIT:

AIM: Listen twice a day - for 15-20mins .. or longer (full track) before sleep.  
Preferably, relax in a quiet comfortable place - where you are unlikely to be distracted or interrupted. 
**Headphones are not essential - but can help you focus and block out noise interference.
If you have a sleep problem, play this in bed before sleep. 
As the track finishes, switch off your device and drift effortlessly into deep healing sleep
To begin, explore different tracks and PLAY one which "work for you".
You can return to that track for several days to relax more easily and deeply.
Or you can vary what you play .. but repetition trains the brain.
EXPLORE other tracks as your brain changes .. or when a different situation arises.
If you feel emotional during a meditation - that is ok. You may release emotions triggered from past experiences of suffering, or distressing memories .. or thwarted aspirations. 
Depending on you as an individual, inner healing can take time. Yet be reassured that each time you listen, you are making progress toward recovery and a calmer way of living.
  ** Do NOT use these tracks while driving, operating machinery or doing anything needing focussed attention or decision-making. 
If you are needed, stop the track, and take a deep breath, then open your eyes and make sure you are alert.
