5. Simply let yourself DRIFT along with the rhythm of your breathing .. gently Breathing IN .. and Breathing OUT

7. Simply notice an increasing flow of PLEASANT calming sensations .. as you journey deeper into the peaceful relaxation of your own CALM Space. 
8. LETTING GO and relaxing into more EASE and COMFORT .. .. with each passing moment .. with each sound that you hear. 
9. REST now in the increasing stillness of your mind .. ENJOY the Peace and Tranquility of simply being in your own "CALM Space".
