A blissful soundtrack with subliminal affirmations that will have you relaxed in no time. Let your troubles slip away and fall into a deep sense of spiritual awakening. This track is perfect for meditation, reflection or deep sleep where memories may surface.
This meditative session ramps slowly down to the deepest Delta levels. Many people using this session will fall asleep, since it resembles the sleep induction sessions. It certainly leads to a healing sleep.
It starts at 12 Hz then drops down to 7hz at 4.5 min till 8 min then again drops to 5 hz at 10 mins for another 3.00 mins. It again drops to 0.5 hz at 15 mins till the end.
For those of you who wish to MEDITATE: * Sit with straight back and close your eyes. * Put one hand inside the other on your lap with thumbs touching. * Concentrate on the tip of your nose. * Breath in calmly. Breathe out calmly. * Feel that energy is coming into your body bringing the knowledge you want. *Concentrate on your breathing and perhaps the area of your third eye. *Enjoy!
NB: If you complete this meditation without sleep give yourself several minutes to adjust before attempting any activities. Just sit quietly and contemplate first.
Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. Your eyes should be closed. This session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones. During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible.
Because we use Isochronic Tones headphones are not necessary, especially if you are sensitive to them. For the benefits of Binaural beats use headphones.
Once again, this is not a replacement for medical treatment. • If you suffer from epilepsy or are taking medicine or drugs, …then seek advice from your medical practitioner prior to using. • If you are a pregnant woman or you have a pacemaker or are under 16 (as U16s still have developing brains) or are prone to seizures …please do not play this soundtrack. It is said that every grown up person has a child hidden inside him or her. In our day to day activities we behave as adults because we are adults and have to behave like ones. However, the childhood that we lived and experienced still lies inside us in the form of memories. For some of us, these memories are sweet, for some they are not so sweet.
Depending upon how we have spent our childhood, the child inside us may be happy, sad, adventurous, timid, brave, frightened, extrovert or introvert. It has been observed that our adult behaviour many times is a reflection of our inner child. If you wish to change your adult behaviour, then affirmations for the inner child can help you.
The inner child is often described as the artistic, creative, imaginative and dreamer part of us. It is the fun loving, playful, wonder seeking entity that resides within us.
All is well. The present is great and the future is bright.
Life is full of joy. I release the past and live only in the present.
