CALM Space - Journey into Healing PEACE

Make yourself comfortable ...
As you LISTEN .. give yourself permission to accept this GIFT of  "time for yourself" ... to Relax, Release, Recover and Renew.

1. Put aside your current concerns, worries and troubles. 
2. FREE yourself from having to attend to the "distractions" from your environment
    OR the "intrusive thoughts" from your mind. 
    eg: noticing a phone ringing .. car passing .. door banging .. or people talking .. 
    OR thinking about "what I should be doing" .. a memory .. or life problem.
3. Gently REMIND yourself that this is "YOUR Time" for HEALING 
    .. time to Relax and Release 
    .. time to Recharge and Renew
4. ALLOW yourself "the time you need" ..   
5. STOP and LISTEN .. to these "calming" words and sounds .. 
6. WATCH peaceful scenes .. and FEEL stress Release .. 
7. With each Breath .. be more AT EASE .. 
    FIND greater COMFORT .. welcome PEACE .. 
8. REST and HEAL within the safety and serenity of your own CALM Space
9. LET yourself LOOK FORWARD to coming back again .. to continue HEALING.

REMEMBER: It is your time NOW to Relax .. Release .. Recover .. and Renew.
