Listening GUIDE: Use DAILY for 10-20 minutes - preferably 20mins twice a day for best results ..

Where possible, listen in a quiet area, where you will not be disturbed. 
Some tracks can work better if played through stereo headphones or speakers - so pay attention to the track description. Yet, they can still calm and relax you without stereo effects.

When you play a track for the first time, ALLOW 10 mins to see if it "feels right" for you .. 

If not, go on to another .. 
Try coming back to the first track later .. by then your mind may well be receptive!
Do NOT listen while driving or operating machinery, or doing anything which requires your focussed attention.

Be patient. For a while you may notice you become quite relaxed while listening .. 

but may lose that "calm feeling" when you get caught up in everyday tasks again.
However lasting change at the neural level takes time .. 
Every time you listen you help your brain to become more responsive and learn.

Important: Your brain can take 30 days or so to fully learn a "new pattern" of reacting.

So in the meantime, be kind to yourself. Continue to use one or a variety of tracks.
In 60-90 days of regular listening, many notice profound benefits to well-being!
Remind yourself that your brain is overcoming a life time of "past conditioning" ..
which has taught you to be automatically wary and reactive. 
So IF it takes a while to change, that's fine  ..
